Art is incredibly important to Jerome, almost as important as his family. The amount of time Jerome spends in the studio is evident by the build up of layers of colors in his nonobjective works. Jerome explores the concept of time and experiments with materiality of the paint. His playful work is reminiscent of his playful personality, always ready to crack up at a joke he hears. Jerome is a big fan of Notre Dame and when he’s not thinking about his next painting or watching football, he is thinking about when he can connect with his family on the phone or meet up for a movie night.
