Jerome Carter is all about the tactile nature of paint, he loves to pile it on and mix it together. His technique can also been seen in his pastel drawings and clay. His artwork looks effortless despite the layers and energy that goes into each piece of artwork. Jerome loves a good joke and spending time in the community with friends.
