As a new hire or newly eligible employee, you are eligible to enroll in Open Door’s benefits on the first month following a 60-day waiting period. You can enroll in medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
Please remember that the only time enrollment changes can be made outside of this time and open enrollment is in the case of a qualifying event.

It is your responsibility to notify HR of a qualifying event. The appropriate paperwork must be submitted to HR within 30 days of a qualifying event.
