3.15 – Open Door Performance Measurement & Management

Purpose/Mission

The mission of performance measurement and management at Open Door is to provide for a planned, systematic and on-going procedure for ensuring the health, safety and quality of life of each individual served.  These procedures will be designed to support positive outcomes for:

  1. Each individual’s Person-Centered Plan 
  2. The development and management of the Open Door Strategic Plan
  3. Accreditation/licensing/certification

Objectives of the Programs

  1. Identify the service priorities of all major stakeholders of services; prioritizing input from satisfaction surveys
  2. Setting of goals to attain priorities set by the strategic plan.
  3. To include each department in the process of assessing, developing, and monitoring the methods used for complying with the accreditation process.
  4. Provide a means of measuring progress toward the goals identified by the strategic plan.
