3.15 – Open Door Performance Measurement & Management
Purpose/Mission
The mission of performance measurement and management at Open Door is to provide for a planned, systematic and on-going procedure for ensuring the health, safety and quality of life of each individual served. These procedures will be designed to support positive outcomes for:
- Each individual’s Person-Centered Plan
- The development and management of the Open Door Strategic Plan
- Accreditation/licensing/certification
Objectives of the Programs
- Identify the service priorities of all major stakeholders of services; prioritizing input from satisfaction surveys
- Setting of goals to attain priorities set by the strategic plan.
- To include each department in the process of assessing, developing, and monitoring the methods used for complying with the accreditation process.
- Provide a means of measuring progress toward the goals identified by the strategic plan.
