Support our mission by providing administrative assistance and ensuring ongoing compliance with Medicaid EVV guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

• Working technical knowledge and understanding of Medicaid Waiver Regulations and EVV State mandate

• Intermediate level of computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience

Key Duties

• Approval of all SCL Advisor Anywhere time entries per regulatory standards to meet established deadlines (accuracy and timeliness required)

• Working with Primary Solutions and Sandata to ensure that all EVV records are sent to Sandata every day per regulatory guidelines

• Coaching and mentoring DSPs on being EVV compliant such as clocking in and out at the assigned locations; assisting them to correct errors

• Frequent communication with the team, scheduling, and others regarding common errors or training needs

• Responsible for the closing of the scheduling week so its not accessible in AA after time approval is completed for the week

• Completion of weekly reviews of unclaimed shifts report; following up to ensure maximization of billing/time record submissions

• Responsible for completing Advisor Anywhere training for new hires and other employees needing additional training

• Works with billing and payroll departments to resolve any issues timely

• Is a part of the SCL scheduling on-call phone rotation; responsible to ensure daily logs are submitted, scheduling coverage per ISP, answering calls, submitting an on-call timesheet, and that schedule documentation is accurate

• Will act as a backup to the Brittco orientation trainer

• Will assist in gathering needed documentation for Medicaid Surveys
